Scope:
Removal of existing water mains and installation of 33,000 linear feet of various sized new ductile iron pipes, valves, fittings, and appurtenances – including cathodic protection, pipe restraints, fire hydrants, meter settings and vaults, water services, and bypass piping. Project included comprehensive erosion and sediment control, maintenance of traffic, sidewalk restoration, curb and gutter replacement, and roadway reconstruction. 2-year project that was completed 9-months ahead of schedule.

Restoring approximately 4,220 linear feet of stream and tributaries with the use of riffles, cascades, and various bank protection measures to create a natural habitat for the future and decrease sediment erosion on storm events.

Scope:
Prepare and repave utility cuts with asphalt or concrete across various Baltimore City streets, alleys, and roadways. Requires customized, all-weather patchwork equipment, emergency repairs, and complex crew and location coordination.

Scope:
3,425 linear feet of total roadway reconstruction. Rehabilitation of existing storm drain lines, 20 feet x 6 feet main culvert, and existing electrical manholes via cast in place. Installation of new electrical duct bank system, heavy traffic roadways, curb and gutters, sidewalk, ADA ramps, and street lighting.
