When your asphalt paving needs repair - because of potholes, alligator cracking, washboarding or other surface irregularities - the last thing you want to do is throw your money away on a patch that could fail in just a few short months.

At Monumental, we use a patented radiant heat process to repair asphalt paving in such a way that it will last for many years to come.

Specially equipped trucks heat the existing asphalt in place. Once it has reached a molten state, the old asphalt is raked loose, mixed with new asphalt and sprayed with an environmentally sound liquid rejuvenator. The repaired area is smoothed to match the surrounding areas, then compacted and sealed. The result - a long-lasting bond that has no seam to fail. In effect, the asphalt has been recycled, rather than merely patched.

And, as an added bonus, this superior repair process is accomplished quickly and quietly, without the disruptions of noisy jackhammers, backhoes and dump trucks to carry away the old asphalt.
